Craig’s journey in the cleaning and restoration industry began in 1995. His expertise was forged in the field, beginning with specialized restoration work that quickly evolved into large-scale disaster recovery.

Disaster Recovery & Resilience: In 1996, following the devastation of Hurricanes Bertha and Fran, Craig worked on the front lines of recovery along the North Carolina coast. This experience taught him how to manage complex environmental challenges under the most demanding conditions.
Specialized Remediation: In 2001, Craig transitioned into mold remediation, followed by a deep dive into professional air duct cleaning in 2004.
Healthcare & Infection Control: In 2006, Craig served as a critical liaison for a major hospital expansion. He was responsible for infection control construction permitting, ensuring that patient health & safety remained uncompromised while collaborating with various trades during the construction of a new hospital floor.

Back in 2010, Craig launched his own specialized cleaning company. While his initial focus was on carpet and air duct cleaning, his reputation for excellence in mold remediation and fire damage restoration led other contractors to seek him out for their most complex projects.
